At the beginning of this year, I bought a new notebook and titled it, “The Journal that Makes me 6 Figures.”
This was much bigger than a declaration of a goal.
This was “Holy shit I finally get it!”
I knew that everything I wanted for my life and business would come from the thoughts I created between the lines of those pages.
Which meant…
Every mediocre result I had up until then was due to unintentional thoughts and almost-beliefs. Thoughts that had NOT been consciously created in past notebooks.
WAIT. WHAT?!?!
Yep. I was directly responsible for all of it. The amount of money in my bank account. The number of clients I was currently serving.
I had been working hard. I mean really hard. And so I resisted this idea for so long because it just didn’t make sense to me. How could my thoughts be responsible for my outcome when I had been doing all of the right things?!
Here’s what I know:
Your results come from your thoughts. Sloppy thinking = Sloppy results. Mismanaged thinking = Mismanaged results. Powerful, intentional thoughts = Powerful, intentional results.
Your actions are ONLY as good as your thoughts behind them.
It’s easy to take responsibility for a part of our results and then attribute the other part to outside circumstances.
But when we take 100% personal responsibility for everything we are currently experiencing in our lives, we have 100% control over the results we want to achieve.
Life-changing, mind-blowing, powerful AF stuff.
