I help women get clear on what they want and own it so they can move forward with their service-based business. They do this by gaining an understanding of their brain and what thoughts they are thinking that hold them back from moving forward with what they really want. I hold a mirror to their thoughts and show them the results of their thoughts in a loving yet direct way.
We start at 6 months and many of my clients re up and renew to continue learning the concepts at a deeper level.
There is not a specific linear structure to my coaching program. It is very much finding the flow of your energy, where you are in the process and meeting you there. I trust that you know where to lead the coaching call and I trust myself to know when you need direction and/or to learn a new concept/tool.
