What you FEEL matters.

Ease and flow are signs that you are on the correct path.

Struggle and sacrifice are signs that you’ve fallen off course.

I want you to consider this for a moment.

Breathe into the idea that you are ALWAYS being guided.

Follow the thoughts that feel GOOD to you.
Follow the emotions that feel GOOD to you.
Follow the actions that feel GOOD to you.

And more of the same will follow. xx

A critical note:  You can feel good and still be scared.  You can feel good and still be uncomfortable. It helps to get crystal clear on what you desire so you can learn to trust this process.
