Here’s how I answered this question for forty years.
What should I do? Self?! Tell me! I promise I’ll listen.
Hmmm. I’m waiting. I’m not hearing anything. Self???? Where are you?
(mind begins to race, mental chatter picks up, no clear answer available)
Oh wait, look at www.Ihaveallyouranswers.com, I better see what they have to say. And let me check out Sue’s email. She promises she knows EXACTLY what I need. And Oh wow…Nancy has it ALL—I think I’ll try what she’s doing. >>> (Nancy and Sue?! Is this 1954?😂)

(mind chatter continues, more internal noise and congestion, possible answer… but hard to know for sure)
I have no idea what to do. I feel more stressed, more overwhelmed. I better check the laundry and oh, I’ll do the dishes while I’m at it. Who else might know what I should do? I better

+ The inside noise is loud.
+ It’s hard to start trusting what you hear (the answer might scare you).
Here’s a formula to help you get a clear + simple picture of HOW to start asking yourself for guidance and beginning to trust what you hear. (so you don’t have to continue cycling through your internal dialogue of confusion).
Magic Formula:
(Clarity) x (Consistency + Belief) = SELF-TRUST
Outside Noise
IF clarity multiplied by belief and consistency is greater THAN the outside noise it will equal SELF-TRUST.
