I get it. I’ve been there.

Busy is my natural state. I come from a long line of phenomenally active women and from a young age, I believed that going and doing was productive.

And to an extent it is.

But if we're not careful, we can use this "busy-ness" as an excuse to keep us stuck. And we become "stuck" because we're not clear on what we want and what we need to do to get it.

  • Coaching calls (via phone or zoom) where we dive deep into what's really holding you back from getting what you want. A detailed plan (catered to your wants + needs) to help you navigate your daily responsibilities and carve out time to focus. A plan for working through the roadblocks (fear) that have been keeping you stuck. Accountability so you can feel confident and empowered to create choices from your heart. You may think you don't have time—but you'll soon be surprised!  

  • Pre-session questions to help you get clear on what you want out of our work together and to help me gain a better understanding of your thoughts, dreams, deepest desires. It also serves as a baseline when we look back upon it throughout the program.

  • Bi-weekly homework to do after our coaching calls. This helps you to apply what we’ve talked about during our session and helps you begin to incorporate time for yourself (reflection, journaling, positive self talk) in your life.

  • Email support answered within 24-48 hours and access to me on confidential video app, Voxer. There may be times when you need a quick chat, pep talk or have an emergency situation where you need advice. This service is available to you so you never feel like you’re alone!

  • Access to my Power Shift Facebook group where we talk about how to say NO to overwhelm and take back our power. I post throughout the week with articles pertaining to overwhelm and time management and thoughts on how to run your life more effectively and efficiently.

What if I'm already so overwhelmed that finding the time seems impossible right now?

When you are in a state of overwhelm, many things seem impossible. The truth is that you have a choice. You can continue in your state of frenzy, stress and overload or you can begin to take your power back by saying YES to changing your current situation. You don't have to believe it's possible just yet. It's ok to trust that I can help you get clear so you can focus on what you really want in life.

I would never encourage anyone to go into debt. I believe that living in a state of lack and debt only contributes to overwhelm. I do believe that if you want something badly enough, you'll find a way to get it.
