You know how to get things done. Between taking care of your family, your job, your home, you’ve proven this many times over. On the outside, it looks like you’ve got it all together. In fact, sometimes you even amaze yourself.

Then WHY does it feel like something is missing? Something more meaningful.

If you could only get off your hamster wheel of going going going and doing doing doing, you might be able to think for a minute and work towards your ultimate goals.

But instead, you go through the motions feeling like you’re not doing any of it very well. When you’re not mentally replaying your to-do list, you’re feeling guilty for wanting it all, “Shouldn’t I be content with everything I DO have?and frustrated that this underlying sense of worry and stress isn’t going away on it’s own.

When your job slows down, your kids head off to college, and more money is saved, you’ll be able to focus on what you really want. But deep down you know there’ll always be something distracting you from doing it.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

  • When you’re living in reaction to what everyone else wants—that’s what everyone expects.

  • When you’re believing you don’t have the time, the energy or the money to move forward—you won’t.

  • When your goals are in your head and not clearly defined on paper—that’s where they’ll stay.

  • When old fears and beliefs are holding you back—you’ll continue to stay stuck.


You deserve to start living your own dreams now.

Not the dreams of your parents or the dreams that you have for your kids. Not even the dreams your boss believes you can accomplish. But your dreams. You know it and I know it.

  • You have a clearly defined vision of what you want (and need) in all areas of your life (family, health, work, community).

  • You recognize signs of perfectionism, procrastination, fear and move forward despite these blocks.

  • You discern between what you should do and what you want to do and feel confident with your choices.

  • You carve out space for yourself on a regular basis and set up boundaries to protect this time.

  • You have specific goals targeted towards what you want to achieve so there’s no room for second-guessing.

  • Instead of flailing around looking for the right answer, you look towards your internal compass for guidance + direction.
